Drug Testing

SmarTest Labs provides a variety of different testing options including urine, blood, hair, nail and Saliva. All laboratory based tests follow strict chain of custody and are court admmissable. We do not offer addiction treatment or rehabilitation services. 

At SmarTest Labs, we are both a DOT drug testing lab and a non-DOT drug testing lab. We provide urine drug testing and alcohol testing to employers, court systems, individuals and many other organizations. We also provide consortium management to our customers that need to keep employees current with DOT requirements.

We pride ourselves on short wait times and a white glove service. SmarTest Labs is conveniently located just off interstate 270 in Gaithersburg and serves the entire Maryland DMV area with our mobile team. 

Our 24-hour drug screening service with mobile/on-site testing is a benefit to organizations and is cost effective for many employers. The most common drug screen performed is the industry standard 5-panel. Other common drug screens include 10-Panel which is commonly used in health care settings. We also provide multiple other drug screening panels and build custom panels for specific employers upon request.
